1. This appointment is only for pending cases wherein applicant has received a letter from Passport Office.

2. Applicant is requested to visit Passport Office with letter received and documents in case asked for, with a photocopy and original.

| 3. Applicants are requested to be present 10 minutes before the appointment time. |
| 4. There is no need to stand in the Enquiry queue. Please show the printed appointment sheet and letter received from Passport Office to Security. |
| 5. Applicant shall be directed to meet the Superintendent [Enquiry] either Ground Floor / First Floor. |
