- Applicant’s ration card [If any applicant submits only ration card as proof of address, it should be accompanied by one more proof of address out of below category]
- Letter from a reputed company on their letter head regarding stay proof;
- Statement of running bank account along with a letter from the Bank
- Election ID card
- Letter from the concerned Administrative Department (in the case of Govt. Employees) regarding the applicant’s present address as per departmental records
- Appointment letter of reputed companies
- Income tax assessment order
- Spouse’s passport copy
- Parents’ passport copy in case of minor
- Domicile certificate issued by Tahsildar
- Water bill /telephone (landline) bill /electricity bill / Gas connection confirmation
- Property Tax in the name of the applicant
- Lease agreement with additional proof such as cellphone bill.
